The above Section View of Final Test Survey in Progress shows simulated detonation shock waves being initiated close to the ground surface.  Very deep shock wave penetration can be monitored beyond the depth of 10,000 feet when the explosive charges and sensors are situated at specific depth or in dry holes with additional sensors on the ground surface level.  Distinct data can be obtained from deep depth explosive charges that generate lateral shock waves and are additionally collected by strategically located ground surface sensors and are recorded and displayed on computer monitors.  Various survey pattern configurations are possible and desirable depending upon the strata and depth.

The contents and volume of an oil field can be determined and reasonably calculated.  When the geometric seismic tests of an oil field have been completed, then test wells and production wells are drilled in a geometric pattern to determine the size and oil volume of the oil field.

The oil pressures and oil production volume from all wells are continuously monitored for pressure drops.  Depending upon the gas content, oil temperature, oil viscosity, and chemical composition, the pressure drop of each well can be averaged by the oil depletion volume of wells and can be multiplied by the total area of the oil field.  With continuous electronic monitoring and computer modeling of the entire oil field would provide a good estimate of the entire oil field volume.  The quality and viscosity of the oil obviously changes close to the outside or periphery of the oil field.

Similarly, this process can be applied at existing production oil fields, including at recoverable reserves in old oil fields with new recovery technology.

Depending upon the rock formations, the explosive charges may be  strategically located perhaps 2,000 feet or more above the sensors.  For example if the explosive charges are positioned at 8,000-foot depth, then the sensors can be located at 10,000 feet or more.

Russia has reportedly drilled test holes up to 40,000 feet deep.  According to Mr. Byron W. King on 3/10/2006 about a very noteworthy article about “Peak Oil and Deep Oil, part ll, Russia has not found any “Super Wells or Super Fields” to date.  Mr. King discloses studies by geologists of Cambrian, Permian and Jurassic Periods (about 550-250 million years and 210-160 million years ago.)  Sediment rock formations off shore Viet Nam date back to 150-65 million years.

During the early period of the earth when the planet earth was similar to the moon, except the earth was a hot planet without an atmosphere, major earth-plates were forming and the planet earth started to cool off.  The vast internal heat and gases (hydrogen plasma) forced their way to the surface at weak areas which later became fracture zones and earth-plates.  When the earth had cooled off substantially, the gases and hydrogen plasma periodically built up so much pressure to create huge fracture zones such as along South America and up to Alaska, and from Alaska to Asia –Australia and down to the South Pole, and the Atlantic Rift from the South Pole that stretches all the way to the North Pole.  Eventually, the pressures along the fracture zones of 1,000 or 2,000 miles long caused a massive eruption and spewed massive amounts of matter into space that started the initial rotation of the earth.  The earth slow rotation balanced itself and the constant heating and cooling eventually produced an atmosphere from hydrogen and oxygen.  All the chemical elements existed to produce living organisms, and in an atmosphere, organisms, plants and life was produced that developed further into prehistoric animals.  All this is a relatively simple process, except that the evolution had taken a rather long time.  The very same conditions can be simulated with an accelerated process in a space laboratory or on the Moon, or directly in an observatory building or laboratory maintaining a space environment anywhere in the USA.  Continued rotation of the earth and constant heating and cooling generated more oxygen and when the hydrogen was released from the fractures of the earth-plates to produce water which over time and until now has covered the planet earth by approximately 70% of its surface.

Also, the shifting or reversal of the magnetic poles 5 to 7 times was due to vast earth-plate shifting and cataclysmic events including large meteors causing huge floods that covered large landmasses with sand and rocks, or volcanic eruptions that caused climate changes that then brought on an ice age, or massive compression of earth plates that produced huge earth quakes, formed mountain ranges and forced large land areas to be submerged by oceans.  These cataclysmic events over millions of years caused earth quakes, earth plate subduction, as well as substantial flexing of the earth plates.  Substantial flexing or buckling is caused from compression and weak regions tend to be broken off into smaller earth plates.  Subduction itself causes substantial buckling stresses onto an earth plate, as it is forced underneath the other earth plate.

The upward thrust pressure of the subducting Pacific Plate forces the American Plate to move upward while the Pacific Plate moves northward.  Therefore compression of ancient sediment deposits around earth plate subduction zones above and below present ocean shores contains oil.  Paleomagnetic science has shown that the planet’s magnetic field has reversed, flip-flopped north and south at least 171 times in the last 76 million years, and a time chart was developed to date these magnetic reversals back over 160 million years.  This data primarily pertains to the spreading of the ocean floor and continental drifts.

Major magnetic pole reversals also caused active earth plates to become dormant, and new earth plates were created where weaker plate structures existed.   This means that there is more oil to be found, but the amount is difficult to estimate.  Present US exploration costs and associated marketing expenses may become prohibitive.  

.

What needs to be remembered is that the burning of all hydrocarbons including oil, gasoline, coal, natural gas, oil shale, tar sands, bio-fuel, ethanol, alcohol, and wood involve a chemical reaction between hydrogen and oxygen, and is very similar to an advanced process to nuclear energy.
