THE MOST IMPORTANT DEVELOPMENTS AND PRODUCTS FOR THE FUTURE IS THE USE OF HYDROGEN ENERGY FOR ALL ENERGY APPLICATIONS, THE REGENERATION OF HYDROGEN, A SMALL AFFORDABLE JET PLANE FOR PUBLIC USAGE, AND VACUUM CHAMBER CONCRETE WALL CONSTRUCTION FOR HOMES, APARTMENT BUILDINGS, OFFICE BUILDINGS, WAREHOUSES, SHOPS AND MANUFACTURING PLANTS. BECAUSE OF THESE DEVELOPMENTS AND PRODUCTS, TENS OF MILLIONS OF JOBS CAN BE CREATED, AND THIS CAN BE THE START OF A PROSPEROUS NEW ERA. THE ENCLOSED INFORMATION IS OF SUBSTANTIAL ECONOMIC VALUE, AND IS IMPORTANT TO THE FUTURE OF THE UNITED STATES. MR. IF HYDROGEN ENERGY IS PRODUCED AND GENERATED AT A COST OF ONLY 50% OR 60% OF PRESENT ENERGY COSTS, THEN TREMENDOUS ECONOMIC EXPANSION WOULD BE GENERATED. THE REGENERATION (AUTOMATIC REPROCESSING) OF HYDROGEN MEANS THAT HYDROGEN COULD BE REUSED AND IS PRODUCED BY A REGENERATION SYSTEM WHICH IS INSTALLED IN EVERY CAR, TRUCK, BUS, TRAIN, ELECTRIC POWER PLANTS, AND MOST ENERGY APPLICATIONS. HYDROGEN WOULD GENERATE MANY MILLIONS OF JOBS, PROVIDED THAT HYDROGEN ENERGY IS KEPT AT VERY LOW COSTS TO ALL CONSUMERS AND CUSTOMERS. IF THE DAILY NECESSITIES ARE REDUCED TO MINIMUM COSTS, THEN MUCH GREATER PROSPERITY IS GENERATED FOR THIS COUNTRY, AND MOST OTHER COUNTRIES AS WELL. THE MOST IMPORTANT DAILY NECESSITIES ARE HOUSING, FOOD, ENERGY, TRANSPORTATION, CLOTHING AND MEDICAL CARE. INEXPENSIVE ENERGY IS OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE FOR ALL DAILY NECESSTIES INCLUDING EMPLOYMENT AND FUTURE ECONOMIC EXPANSION. IF HYDROGEN WERE TO BE PRICED ACCORDING TO WHATEVER THE MARKET WILL BEAR, THEN WE CAN EXPECT LITTLE PROGRESS ON THE NATIONAL LEVEL, AND CONTINUED SOCIAL UNREST. IF THE PRIMARY INDUSTRIES ARE THE FOUNDATION OF THE UNITED STATES ECONOMY, AND ARE MADE AVAILABLE IN ABUNDANCE AND AT LOW COST, THEN ALL OTHER INDUSTRIES WOULD FLOURISH AND PROSPER. AT THE PRESENT THE ENTIRE COUNTRY IS FUNCTIONG BY THE REAGANOMIC SYSTEM OF HELLBENT PROFITEERING, INFLATION, AND BURGEOING DEBT TO THE AMERICAN TAXPAYER.
EXISTING OIL RESERVES ARE BEING DEPLETED, AND NUCLEAR ENERGY IS COSTLY AND POSES HEALTH RISKS FROM LARGE AMOUNTS OF RADIATION EMISSIONS INTO THE ATMOSPHERE ON A GLOBAL SCALE. TO FIGHT OVER REMAINING OIL RESERVES IN THE MID-EAST OR IN PARTS OF THE SOVIET UNION DRAINS OUR CAPITAL FOR SHORT TERM GAINS TO OUR OIL COMPANIES. THE UNITED STATES COULD AGAIN BECOME INDEPENDENT IN ENERGY SUPPLY, RAW MATERIALS, AND MANUFACTURING, PROVIDED THAT POLLUTION IS STRICLY REGULATED AND ENFORCED BY MEANINGFUL LAWS.
IT IS A LITTLE LATE TO ANNOUNCE THE ‘REBUILDING OF AMERICA" AS AN ELECTION TOPIC BY YOU MR. PRESIDENT AND BY THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY, BUT I HAD MY SHARE OF "OUTSIDE" INTERFERENCES. IF I WOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO BUILD SOME TYPICAL VACUUM CHAMBER WALL CONTRUCTION RESIDENTIAL HOMES, SHOPS, AN OFFICE BUILDING AND MANUFC- TURING BUILDING ABOUT SIX (6) MONTHS AGO, THEN THE DEMOCRATICE SENATORS AND

CONGRESSMEN WOULD HAVE HAD A WINNING CAMPAIGN ISSUE TO BRING HOME TO THEIR CONSTITUENTS IN EVERY STATE, AND INITIATE PLANS FOR THE "REBUILDING OF AMERICA" WITH STATE AND LOCAL OFFICALS.
THE AMERICAN PEOPLE HAVE BEEN DECEIVED TOO MANY TIMES, AND I DO NOT WISH PO-LITICIANS TO MAKE ANY STATEMENTS UNTIL ABSOLUTE PROOF AND RELIABILITY OF THE VACUUM CHAMBER WALL CONSTRUCTION PROCESS IS SUFFICIENTLY VERIFIED AND TESTED. IF THIS IS NOT DONE CORRECTLY, THEN I SIMPLY WILL NOT PROCEED UNTIL THE OBSTICLES OR POLITICAL DIFFICULTIES ARE RESOLVED. UNDER NO CIRCUM-STANCES WILL I HAND OVER MY RESEARCH TO "DONALD TRUM" TYPE MANIPULATORS. THE VACUUM CHAMBER WALL CONSTRUCTION CONCEPT HAS THE POTENTIAL TO ACTUALLY REBUILD THIS COUNTRY, AND ALL COMPANIES, INDUSTRIES, AND AMERICAN PEOPLE WOULD BENEFIT. PERHAPS IT IS POSSIBLE FOR THE REPUBLICAN PARTY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE REBUILDING OF THIS COUNTRY, BUT THEY HAVE SHOWN VERY LITTLE INTEREST IN PROVIDING MORE JOBS FOR DESPERATE, UNEMPLOYED AMERICANS, WHILE HUGE SUMS OF MONEY ARE SHUFFLED ON WALL STREET, AND NO MONETARY VALUE IS GENERTATED. I SINCERELY ADVOCATE AND REQUEST THAT YOU MR. PRESIDENT AND OUR GOVERNMENT PARTICIPATE IN THE REBUILDING OF THIS COUNTRY, UPON COMPLETION OF THOROUGH TESTING OF VARIOUS TYPES OF HOMES AND BUILDINGS. ADDITIONAL TESTING FOR HUMAN ENVIRONMENTAL LIVING SHOULD BE DONE IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

MY PLAN IS TO BUILD IDENTICAL DUPLICATE HOUSES AND BUILDINGS. THE ONLY DIFFERNCE IN THE DUPLICATE HOUSES AND BUILDINGS IS THAT HALF ARE BUILT ACCORDING TO PRESENT BUILDING MATERIALS AND CONSTRUCTION PRACTICES, WHILE THE OTHER HALF OF HOUSES AND BUILDINGS ARE BUILT WITH VACUUM CHAMBER WALL CONSTRUCTION AND NEW INSTALLATION METHODS.
THE TOTAL NUMBER OF HOUSES AND BUILDINGS SHOULD CONSIST OF FOUR (4) RANCH STYLE HOMES; FOUR (4) BI-LEVEL HOMES WITH GARAGES; TWO (2) APARTMENT BUILDINGS CONSISTING OF TWO STORIES AND FOUR (4) UNITS EACH; TWO (2) BUILDINGS SUITABLE FOR CLOTHING STORES AND GROCERY STORES; TWO (2) OFFICE BUILDINGS HAVING THREE (3) STORIES EACH, WITH THE BOTTOM FLOOR SUITABLE FOR A DRUG STORE AND CONVENIENCE STORE/SHOE STORE. IN ORDER TO BUILD THE HOMES AND BUILDINGS FROM VACUUM CHAMBER WALL CON-STRUCTION, A NEW TYPE OF CONCRETE MANUFACTURING PLANT IS REQUIRED, WHICH WOULD EXCEED ANY ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS AND BUILDING CODES.

ALL BUILDINGS ARE TO BE COMPLETE AND READY FOR OCCUPANCY, WITH PAVED PARKING LOTS, LIGHTING, REAL ESTATE, LANDSCAPING, ALL UTILITIES, INCLUDING MANUFACTURING PILOT PLANT IS ESTIMATED TO COST APPROXIMATELY $38.6 MILLION.
THESE FEDERAL RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT FUNDS ARE ONLY USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF OBTAINING RESEARCH DATA FOR ENERGY CONSERVATION, PREVENTION OF FIRE STRUCTURAL DAMAGE, FIRE INJURIES, AND DEATHS. THIS PROJECT COULD ALSO BE FUNDED ON A COST PLUS BASIS, PROVIDED THAT THE NECESSARY FUNDS REQUIRED ARE MADE AVAILABLE. THE RESEARCH RESULTS WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE TO ANY GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS, BUT THE VACUUM CHAMBER MANUFACTURING PROCESS WILL ONLY BE DIVULGED ON A NEED TO KNOW BASIS. THE VACUUM CHAMBER WALL CONSTRUCTION AND ANY PATENTS WILL REMAIN MY SOLE PROPERTY.
EARTHQUAKE, HURRICANE & FLOOD RESEARCH
IN ORDER TO OBTAIN VALID DATA FOR EARTHQUAKES, A DIRECT COMPARISON HAS TO BE MADE BETWEEN PRESENT TYPE CONSTRUCTION PRACTICE AND MY VACUUM CHAMBER WALL CONSTRUCTION METHOD TO MEET EARHQUAKE BUILDING CODES. IDENTICAL HOUSES AND BUILDINGS WILL BE BUILT, AND SIMULATED EARTHQUAKE TESTS WILL BE CONDUCTED UNTIL THESE HOUSES OR BUILDINGS COLLAPSE. THE FLOOD RESEARCH WILL CONSIST OF SEALING DOORS AIRTIGHT IN ORDER TO KEEP MOST WATER OUT IN REGIONS WITH FLOODING POTENTIAL. SIMILARLY, HOUSES IN HURRICANE AND TORNADO REGIONS WILL BE STRUCTURALLY REINFORCED TO MEET STRONG WIND CONDITIONS.
A TOTAL OF FOUR (4) HOMES AND TWO (2) APARTMENT BUIDINGS HAVING 2 STORIES COULD BE BUILT FOR SIMULATED EARTHQUAKE TESING FOR A 6.8 OR HIGHER EARTHQUAKE. THE WESTERN STATES HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCING DEVISTATING FOREST FIRES AND HUGE PROPERTY LOSSES CLOSE TO LOS ANGFELES AND SAN DIEGO. ALREADY THIS YEAR WE HAVE LOST OVER 5 MILLION ACRES TO FOREST FIRES AND SUBSTANTIAL PROPERTY DAMAGE. COST ESTIMATED FOR EARHTQUAKE, HURRICANE, TORNADO, FLOOD AND FIRE RESEARCH TESTING MAY REQUIRE MORE THAN $18 MILLION.

VACUUM CHAMBER WALL CONSTRUCTION IS USEFUL FOR ALL TYPES OF BUILDINGS, BUT TIME FOR EXTENDED RESEARCH IS NOT AVAILABLE. I HAVE HANDLED NUMEROUS PLANT PROJECTS ON A FAST TRACK BASIS WITHOUT HAVING THE LUXURY FOR TESTING, AND EVERYTHING HAD TO FUNCTION PERFECTLY THE FIRST TIME FOR CONTINUOUS 24-HOUR PRODUCTION AND OPERATION.
THEREFORE IT WOULD BE WORTHWHILE TO CONDUCT THIS PROJECT ON A 2 OR 3 SHIFT PER DAY BASIS. PERSONALLY I AM NOT REALLY CONCERNED TO GAIN PROFITS, BUT INSTEAD TO GET THIS PROJECT UNDERWAY AND COMPLETED SO THAT THE "REBUILDING OF AMERICA" CAN BE STARTED AND MANY PEOPLE CAN BE EMPLOYED AND GENERATE REAL ECONOMIC VALUE.
THIS IS WHERE I NEED HELP FORM THE PRESIDENT, THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS IN EVERY STATE. TO CREATE JOBS IN SUCH MAGNITUDE CAN BE EXHILARATING, AND MANY COMPANIES WILL AGAIN BE ABLE TO GO INTO MANUFACTURING AND GENERATE MORE OPPORTUNITIES. SOME VERY LUCRATIVE NATIONAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENTS COULD BE INITIATED WITHIN A VERY SHORT TIME. IF THIS IS DONE PROPERLY IN EUROPE, SOUTH AMERICA, AFRICA, RUSSIA, AND ASIA, THEN I WILL VOLUNTARILY REPAY THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT WITH 25% OF ALL PROFITS, WHICH COULD BE USED TO REPAY THE NATIONAL DEBT, AND/OR TO CREATE JOBS AND STIMULATE THE ECONOMY. A 20% REDUCTION IN WORLDWIDE WEAPONS PRODUCTION IS THE START OF A NEW ECONOMIC ERA. IF MY PLAN APPEARS TO BE SATISFACTORY, THEN FURTHER DISCUSSIONS OR NEGOTIATIONS CAN BE INITIATED WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, AND/OR OTHER FEDERAL AGENCY.

ELECTRONIC GUIDANCE SYSTEMS
& AIRCRAFT NAVIGATION SYSTEMS

My personal and private research of aeronautical detection and guidance systems dates back to the early 1960’s. This research remains technologically intact and valid today, except for a few additions and improvements.
My documented research in 1963 – 1964 of an Aircraft Navigation System involved pre-programmed electronic flight control systems, an automatic altitude and directional in-flight verification system, auto-pilot flight controls and programmed flight course monitoring/verification system, and an electronic monitor showing all air traffic within a given range in a 3-dimensional display. During severe weather conditions, local flight control operation centers can guide or take over the electronic flight controls of the aircraft and safely land the aircraft if necessary. This feasibility research was conducted in 1963. At the time I did already possess satisfactory knowledge of electronic sensing methods, missile guidance system operation, and automotive body engineering and manufacturing.

This Aircraft Navigation system consists of three (3) basic operating systems:
1. Satellite Tracking System of Aircraft
2. Airborne Electronic Flight Tracking & Auto-Control System
3. Ground Flight Control Operations Center

1. SATELITE TRACKING SYSTEM OF AIRCRAFT
Satellites are positioned over heavily populated areas and major cities, which usually have several airports. These regional satellites can serve multiple telecommunication functions, including wireless telephone, TV transmission, computer data transmission functions, weather & travel information, including aircraft tracking for commercial, private and military aircraft.
The regional satellite receives an electronic signal and precise altitude/speed data from all aircraft within this region, and continuously transmits this data to airborne computers of each aircraft, and Ground Control Operation Centers. When the regional satellite transmits the precise location, altitude and speed of all aircraft to airborne computers, then the computer transfers this data to a monitor in a 3-dimentional display. The pilot or navigator can usually see and monitor the flight course of his plane and other planes in a 3-dimensional display.
2. AIRBORNE ELECTRONIC FLIGHT TRACKING & AUTO-CONTROL SYSTEM
Commercial aircraft could have large size monitors (approx. 30") and the co-pilot can function in a dual role as navigator, unless a navigator is required for large commercial jets.
In the event of flight path interference or an impending flight collision, an early warning and automatic voice instructions from the airborne computer directs the pilot to make the necessary flight course changes for both aircraft simultaneously. The airborne computer of each plane receives the flight data from the regional satellite and makes the necessary calculations to avoid an impending collision with early warning signals, messages and necessary flight path changes from a safe distance. In case the warning and flight course corrections are not made, then the airborne computer will automatically contact the oncoming aircraft and open the emergency communication channel for direct voice contact for the pilots. The computer will provide the coordinates for avoiding a possible collision, and the pilot has a choice of selecting the manual flight operating controls, or can select an automatic pilot to follow the safe flight course recommended by the computer. In case 3 or 4 aircraft are coming into a situation of potentially entering into the "aircraft space safety envelope" of each other, the airborne computers will recommend the best flight course change for each aircraft, and are able to communicate with each other to verify that the flight course corrections are being made.
Small private planes would have the same electronic navigation features, except the monitor screen is smaller and is moveable with easy viewing range of the pilot, as desired.
3. GROUND FLIGHT CONTROL OPERATION CENTERS
The function of the Ground Flight Control Operations Center is to monitor and direct all incoming aircraft from within satellite range to the local or designated airports. Direct voice contact and flight instructions for approach and landing procedures are provided as required, or requested by the plot. When an aircraft makes the final landing approach, the Ground Flight Control Operations Center furnishes the actual in-flight landing approach onto the runway on the aircraft airborne computer monitor. During severe weather conditions or poor night visibility, the Ground Flight Control Operations Center will transmit the actual flight conditions to the aircraft airborne computer monitor with a simulated in-flight landing approach onto the runway, until the aircraft is safely landed and parked. Landing approach markers with sensors send signals to the aircraft and the Ground Flight Control Operation Center. The Ground Flight Control Operation Center monitors and guides an approaching aircraft, and supplies all flight conditions for a safe landing. If necessary or requested by the pilot, the Ground Flight Control Operation Center can take over the flight controls of the aircraft to ensure a safe landing.
The pilot can visually verify the manual controls, the computer flight data on the airborne monitor, and can be guided by the Ground Flight Control Operation Center to a safe landing. The pilot has the option to use either the manual landing system, the auto-pilot landing system, or can request the Ground Flight Control Operation Center to take over the flight controls of his/her aircraft to conduct a safe landing. The pilot has the capability to override the autopilot and the Ground Control Operation Center. In case of plane hijackings, the pilot can turn over the plane to a Ground Flight Control Operation Center, and the plane can be landed at any international airports around the world.
This is the most advanced aircraft navigational system that can be developed. In order to function with absolute reliability and fail-safe accuracy, dual and emergency backup systems are necessary, and all functions have to be designed with maximum simplicity, in order for microprocessors and computers to provide instant flight data at all times. When this high precision and simplistic electronic technology is developed, the technological benefits will be very valuable for many computer operations, continuous manufacturing operations, chemical processing, and various industries.
A number of patents can be filed for this Aircraft Navigational System, in order to protect this new technology from cheap imitations, to guarantee the repayment for all research and development outlays, the expenditures for new manufacturing processes and operations, and to protect the jobs of American workers.
In return, our Aircraft Industry Sales will substantially increase on a worldwide basis. Foreign aircraft manufacturers may be able to purchase this new aircraft navigational system with the above R&D costs factored into the sale price. Air safety is greatly increased, air traffic delays are reduced perhaps by 20% to 30% by reducing landing holding patterns and stack-ups on runways, as well as the reduction of large amounts of wasted fuel, air pollution, aircraft maintenance, lower operating costs of aircraft and flight crews. The reduction of wasted time for passengers and business travelers is significant, and can amount to billions of dollars. The efficiency of the entire Airline Industry can be improved simultaneously, and could easily pay for the cost of this new Aircraft Navigation System, and save the airlines billions of dollars over the years. When this Aircraft Navigational System is introduced and utilized, then it is worthwhile to revamp the entire airline operation and baggage handling systems for maximum efficiency. These efficiency improvements will have a substantial impact on our national economy.
NASA or another manufacturer could build the satellite system. NASA or an aircraft manufacturer could build the airborne electronic flight tracking system. The ground control operation center could by built by NASA or an aircraft manufacturer. My participation requires the system concept design, simplicity evaluation, reliability studies, fail-safe electronic operating system analysis, system electronic life cycle testing, project coordination with NASA and the aircraft manufacturer.

ELECTRONIC GUIDANCE SYSTEM
FOR MILITARY / DEFENSE APPLICATIONS
Satellites can be moved into position to any point or location around the Earth relatively undetected, or even undetected. Such a satellite can be designed to absorb electrical signals such as radar, but can emit through an orifice signals and release data transmissions to a transfer satellite without being detected by current radar. While present military aircraft such as the Stealth and B-1 Bomber are detectable by a combination of irregular pulsing electrical charge, frequency signal modulation with intermittent irregular bursts of signal transmissions. These three variable elements in combination will detect most objects and return a signal at a given distance.
The only method for the non-detection of satellites or military aircraft is to absorb this variable combination of signal elements at a faster rate and larger volume. These collected signal elements are conveyed via electrical current or electrical process to a generator for reprocessing to energy and/or for energy storage inside the satellite, or inside the aircraft. I have disclosed some of this research confidentially to some top ranking government officials during the Viet Nam War at a time when many U.S. military planes were shot down. I believed that a very similar or the same detection method was being used to shoot down our planes.
Regardless of my detection and non-detection research, any military plane is highly vulnerable to detection and destruction when subjected or entering airspace (target areas), which has been electrically charged with electrons, protons or (destructive) particle beams. The seeding of target areas with electron particles will make our present Stealth and B-1 bomber type aircraft very vulnerable. A signal deflection method is not very effective for large aircraft at low altitudes, but can be very effective at high altitudes.
As for the non-detection of space satellites positioned directly over hostile military targets, my latest research indicates the possibility of signal absorption and signal deflection. Ion and electro-magnetic field processes can function very effective to cloak satellites and aircraft. The signal deflection method can function when the satellite is within normal altitude detection range. Electron particles are not very effective in a space environment, and detection and destruction of satellites becomes relatively remote if these satellites are built very compact and small for basic data acquisition and data processing functions only. To cloak spy satellites with a signal absorption or signal deflection method depends upon the critical mission or military application. Powerful telescopes and optical sensors can be connected to computers for visual detection of spy satellites. If optical sensors detect a spy satellite, then a missile with an explosive device containing small steel fragments could disable this spy satellite within a range of approximately 1 mile, unless such missile installations are destroyed before the missiles can be launched. It is possible for the spy satellite to complete its mapping and targeting verification mission, and can then be safely relocated, without being detected.
If a spy satellite (equipped with a detection signal absorption or deflection system) is used for the sole purpose of optical data acquisition to supply coordinates for military target verification directly over hostile territory, then the spy satellite may remain cloaked, provided its transmitted signals through an orifice are transmitted to a data relay satellite perhaps 200 to 2,000 miles away, and/or rerouted through several relay satellites for a distance of perhaps 20,000 miles, before being transmitted through the Earth atmosphere to the mission command headquarters. The mission command headquarters provides the coordinates of all targets to military aircraft some 50 to 300 miles from the target zone. The coordinates from the mission command headquarters are transferred to short-range guided missiles to be guided to their targets by monitoring the flight and the coordinates from the airborne aircraft. The navigator in the airborne aircraft has the capability to redirect the guided missile to another target, or can destroy the guided missile while in flight to a designated target. Mobile short-range ground-to-air guided missiles can be used as well in combination with air-to air guided missiles.
Guided missiles require high precision and accuracy of mechanical components with a faster mechanical response in order to provide successful coordinate targeting. Faster electronic data resolution and higher optical magnification of the target coordinates before impact, allows for the mechanical system to make minute adjustments seconds before impact. The high precision guidance system is useless unless the mechanical functions of the missile are capable to keep the missile within the exact coordinates of the target. The entire flight of the missile to the target can be monitored on a wide screen, which shows the exact, and magnified target coordinates. Therefore, the mechanical controls of the missile have to match the performance and accuracy of the electronic guidance system. The spy satellite is able to provide exact coordinates during targeting from previously selected targets stored in its data bank by the mission command headquarters.
Before the firing of missiles during overcast weather conditions and for night targeting, the spy satellite verified the coordinates of selected targets by utilizing a computer generated geometric test grid pattern. The spy satellite can provide instant target assessment and verification. In a highly volatile or major world crisis, 2 or more spy satellites may be secretly employed, and the entire military confrontation may be accelerated and completed within a few days, and the actual missile launching operation could be completed perhaps within 2 days. Rapid deployment and precision mission planning and scheduling reduces civilian casualties, collateral damage, and prolonged civilian suffering. In case the spy satellite is endangered, the satellite can be safely moved away, before any military engagement is initiated.
Accurate terrain mapping and 3-D imaging of entire regions of a hostile country can be stored into a computer program, and the pilot of a military aircraft is able to view any changes in terrain or mountains in whatever direction the pilot is flying during severe weather conditions or night missions. The on-board computer is programmed to alert the pilot when approaching dangerous terrain or mountain obstacles, and is able to view these obstacles on a visual screen during severe weather or night missions. In case of dangerous mountain obstacles, the computer can be programmed to provide the safest flight maneuver. As the terrain mapping includes accurate coordinates, the pilot is able to change course numerous times and direction, and the computer will continue to simulate the region’s topography on the visual screen accordingly. The topography mapping process can include optical imaging and enhanced simulation techniques for easy terrain recognition by the pilot. It appears that NATO would be very interested in improving the safety of aircraft and of improving the targeting system.
Some of the above-described technology can be used for private and commercial aircraft for safer landings and take-offs during inclement weather or poor night vision conditions. The constant increase in air travel tends to increase the amount of plane accidents. If and when this technology is perfected, then within a short time it becomes standard equipment, provided the highest standards of reliability and safety can be guaranteed. My direct involvement for simplicity of operation, design and performance is most useful and required.
I am not satisfied with the poor performance of basic computer functions and computer programs. The continuous costly updating of computer systems and retraining of personnel is a tremendous strain and waste to our economy. If the electronic and computer technology were properly researched, designed for simplicity and performance, and implemented properly, then we would not have to buy piecemeal upgrades every few months. We have become addicted and dependent upon expensive electronic gadgets, which have a very poor operating life span, and if the life span is not increased by 2 to 3 times of present operating life, then such electronic gadgets should no be marketed.We also have become accustomed to accept mediocrity, slipshod workmanship, and this country is besieged with cheap, junk products. Whereas not that long ago, this country used to be known for excellence, highest quality, and superior standards in the manufacture of products, and we prided ourselves of enjoying the highest standard of living in the world. We used to strive for excellence and personal integrity, but that is not allowed anymore in the present structured, "corporate modus operendi." It can be expected that I will insist on providing the necessary safe and reliable performance of my above disclosed research, development, and manufacturing for all before stated applications.
